being an adjactent foe, does the targeted enemy get the additional damage twice? or does it mean adjactent foes to the targeted foe? can anyone remember from the preview event?

nah, from what i see, it looks like your target takes 10-22 damage stacked onto what your normal damage would deal, while adjacent foes only take the 10-22
|
